She has spent her entire federal career at the SEC after a short stint in private practice. Her 22+ years in OEEO have been the most fulfilling of her career. She was instrumental in developing the SEC's Harassment Prevention program, creating its proactive training module, and continually revising it to accommodate the audience, exponentially increasing the impact of the program over the years.
