Anne Gullick is Chief of the Dallas Field Office for the Office of Special Counsel. She joined OSC in 2005 after working for the FDIC and the FLRA. She has represented OSC before the MSPB in multiple matters including OSC v. Lee and Beatrez and Aran v. DHS. Ms. Gullick graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University, and she earned her J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
