Ronald J. Weiss was appointed an Administrative Judge with the United States Merit Systems Protection Board in January 1996. Prior to that appointment, Mr. Weiss served as an attorney with the Board’s Office of Appeals Counsel in Washington, D.C., and as a litigator with the firm of Altheimer & Gray, in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Weiss received his B.A. from Brown University in 1986, and his J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1990.
