Jeri Buchholz has more than 30 years of experience providing leading edge human resources and human capital solutions. Ms. Buchholz has served as a senior HR leader in a variety of organizations, including the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, International Trade Commission, and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Her primary areas of expertise include: strategic human capital management, culture and engagement strategy, policy development, workforce planning, learning and development, recruitment and staffing strategy, and HR business operations and oversight. An active member of the Federal human capital community throughout her career, Ms. Buchholz worked on numerous projects resulting in transformational programs, policies, and procedures. She served as an active member of the Federal government Chief Human Capital Officer’s Council and the Multi-Agency Executive Strategy Committee. A lifelong HR professional, she gained practical working expertise in multiple technical disciplines of Federal human resources management including staffing, classification, employee relations, performance management, benefits, work life, and retirement.
