Chad Stilwell is a highly experienced Electrical Engineer with over 25 years in the industry, including over 15 years at Burns and McDonnell. He specializes in the design and implementation of advanced telecommunications systems, with a focus on structured cabling and fiber optics. Chad has led many complex infrastructure projects across healthcare, education, municipal, utility, and data center sectors. His client portfolio includes major technology leaders such as Microsoft, Meta, Vantage, and many others. He has served as Lead Telecom Engineer on deployments across North America, contributing to high-density fiber designs supporting DWDM and MPLS networks, SCADA cabinet integration, and strategic IRU coordination for long-haul connectivity. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Kansas and Wyoming; he is also a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).
