Tobi Tungl is the Chief Marketing Officer at CTI. He is known for helping teams explain ideas clearly, connect with people in real ways and create momentum that lasts. He has worked in the IT and AV world for more than 20 years and understands how people learn, trust and make decisions. Tobi’s view of leadership comes from two places: leading marketing teams and coaching youth endurance athletes. These experiences shape his Make It Matter mindset, which focuses on clarity, consistency and showing up with purpose. On stage, Tobi brings an energetic and practical style. He gives technical audiences simple tools to build visibility, earn trust and open new doors in their careers by being clear about who they are and the value they bring.
