Amanda Scabora, MBA, is the Executive Director of Operations and co-owner of Atlas Technology Consulting, a Texas-based firm specializing in technology design and consulting for education, healthcare, and civic projects. With over two decades of leadership experience spanning hospitality, education, and construction, Amanda brings a unique blend of business strategy and people-centered leadership to the ICT industry. Currently pursuing her MA in Organizational Psychology, Amanda is passionate about applying evidence based practices in leadership development, workplace culture, and resilience. Her career has been marked by a commitment to building strong teams and creating sustainable systems that foster both professional growth and organizational success. Amanda is also co-founding a nonprofit dedicated to supporting women and children rebuilding their lives after domestic abuse. Her personal journey and advocacy work fuel her belief that mental health is the “hidden infrastructure” necessary for professional growth and long-term industry impact. Through her work at Atlas, her academic studies, and her nonprofit leadership, Amanda is committed to equipping ICT professionals with the strategies and resources needed to thrive both professionally and personally.
