Mr. Veilleux has over eighteen years of electrical, low voltage, and lighting consulting design experience and is one of the youngest principals among Las Vegas engineering firms. Justin is one of a select few engineers in Nevada with a dual PE designation in electrical and mechanical engineering as well as an RCDD certification. He has been with FEA Consulting Engineers for 18 years and is responsible for the electrical, low voltage and lighting engineering design on all hospitality and commercial projects at FEA. He is currently registered and providing engineering services in 30 states. His duties include operations director, firm management, setting standards for electrical, low voltage, and lighting design, management of production staff, vendor evaluation, RFP management and specification distribution for applicable systems. Justin started his professional experience at UNLV obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering in 2004, joined FEA in 2007 and started becoming a rising star in the building design industry quickly. Some of his most profile projects as record electrical engineer and low voltage lead designer are Resorts World Las Vegas, Durango Station, Formula 1 Las Vegas, Circa Resort, and the new Hard Rock Mirage Guitar Tower. His community outreach efforts include Discovery Children’s Museum board of directors, UNLV Alumni association president, Special Olympics, Boy’s and Girls Club, Get Outdoors Nevada, and going to K-12 schools for Career Day’s to help motivate and educate kids about engineering to help develop the next generation of future engineers.
