Kyle Schirmer joined SOLiD as Training Manager in 2022, where he designs advanced wireless technology training programs to enhance students’ technical skills and prepare them for industry certifications. An 18-year U.S. Marine veteran, Kyle led network maintenance in the Fleet Marine Forces and developed innovative training curricula for the Marine Corps Communications and Electronics School. After transitioning to the civilian wireless industry in 2013, he excelled as a distributed antenna system (DAS) engineer and later led a field engineering department, mentoring and developing young technicians and engineers into skilled wireless professionals. Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology management from National University, complementing his extensive training from the Marine Corps Communication and Electronics School.
