Josh Nieves is a LIC Master Electrician and proud IBEW Local 3 wireman with 20 years in the electrical industry. He’s led teams on some of New York City’s most iconic projects-From the Brooklyn Bridge, Yankee Stadium to The Freedom Tower. He's built a reputation for practical training, mentorship, and servant leadership. Josh has also worked with some of the highest-grossing electrical contractors in the nation. Now with Miller Electric Company helping strengthen their workforce, develop leaders, and elevate the next generation of electricians. He blends his electrical roots with his entrepreneurial drive to build people, raise standards, and push the industry forward.
