Rodger Hyle is an experienced product and solutions leader with a strong focus on sustainable, reliable power and technology solutions. With over 20 years of progressive experience in product management and solution architecture, Rodger has developed and delivered cutting-edge offerings that aim to support resilient infrastructure and operational excellence in demanding environments, including data centers and enterprise technology deployments. Throughout his career, Rodger has built a reputation for blending technical depth with strategic vision specializing in bringing energy-efficient DC Power and Fault Managed Power (FMP) products to market and working across multidisciplinary teams to solve complex engineering challenges. His professional journey reflects a commitment to innovation, customer-centricity, and advancing technology solutions that improve performance and sustainability. Rodger holds degrees in Business Administration as well as Electro-Mechanical Engineering and is currently serving as the Director of Network Power Systems at Wesco International.
