Justin Green is National Healthcare Director at Communication Technology Services (CTS), a leading provider of in-building wireless, DAS, public safety, and private cellular networks for enterprise and healthcare organizations. Based in Cary, North Carolina, he works with health systems across the country to design and deploy resilient connectivity that supports clinical workflows, patient experience, and critical communications. With 15 years of experience in distributed antenna systems and small cells, Justin focuses on helping hospitals overcome coverage gaps, aging infrastructure, and the integration of new technologies such as 5G, CBRS, RTLS, and IoT-enabled clinical devices. He regularly collaborates with IT, clinical engineering, facilities, and vendor partners to align wireless strategies with regulatory requirements, life-safety needs, and the realities of occupied healthcare construction. Justin has supported connectivity initiatives for a wide range of healthcare environments, including acute care campuses, medical office buildings, ambulatory sites, and specialized treatment centers. His perspective on the panel will center on real-world lessons from the field—what works, what fails, and how healthcare organizations can plan, fund, and operationalize robust wireless infrastructure that is ready for the next decade of digital health.
