Prior to starting Technical Design Alliance, Mr. Schirmer was Assistant Vice President and Senior Lead Consultant with WSP USA’s Transportation and Infrastructure Advanced Technology Group. Other professional positions held included Senior Associate in the Technology Design Group of Vanderweil Engineers; Managing Director of Acentech’s Trevose (Philadelphia) office; and Principal and Vice President of Technology Consulting with the Syska Hennessy Group in New York City.
He has earned degrees in electrical engineering technology, business administration, economics and holds a Master of Business Administration from Binghamton University with concentrations in information engineering and marketing.
