Jim has 44 years of federal government and consulting experience. He is the coauthor of the Grants Management Body of Knowledge (GMBOK) Guide, a former Inspector General, and also served as Deputy Comptroller of the Office of Justice Programs. He currently leads BWG’s financial and grants management practice and represents the firm on the AGA CPAG.
