Linda Miller
Public Leader, Olympian, and Resilience Expert
Program Integrity Alliance

Linda Miller is an Olympic rower who competed at the highest level of international sport after years of training defined by discipline, teamwork, and resilience. She represented the United States in the Women’s Eight at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, racing in one of the most demanding team events in elite sport. Her athletic career was shaped by early mornings, incremental gains, and the unglamorous work of showing up—again and again—when outcomes were uncertain and margins for error were thin. After retiring from elite competition, Linda built a career in public service and advisory roles, applying the same principles of rigor and integrity to complex organizational challenges. She’s the founder and President of the Program Integrity Alliance and is a nationally recognized expert in the management of fraud risks. A former government senior executive, Linda has been instrumental in developing leading practices that govern fraud prevention and detection in both government and commercial sectors. Today, she brings together the lessons of elite sport and public leadership—offering a perspective grounded not in theory, but in lived experience: what it takes to commit fully, adapt under pressure, and sustain excellence over time.
