John Stultz is an International Coaching Federation (ICF)–certified ACC-level coach and a Solutions Architect at SAS, with experience in contract management roles and responsibilities. For more than five years, he has used the GROW Framework to help employees and teams improve performance, solve problems, make better decisions, develop new skills, and achieve career goals. The GROW Framework—standing for Goal, Reality, Options, and Way Forward—is a widely adopted and practical approach that provides a clear structure for defining goals, assessing current circumstances, exploring options, and creating concrete plans for action. John integrates the SMART goal format (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) into the GROW Framework to foster a results-driven mindset. His workshops are designed to be highly interactive, giving participants a structured way to take incremental, tangible, and measurable steps toward meaningful change. Over the past five years, John has worked with more than 100 corporate SAS employees and considers the GROW Framework a powerful tool for promoting self-direction, purpose, and sustainable growth in both professional and personal contexts.
