Ms. Theresa A. Robinson has 25 years of private sector, education and Department of the Army Civilian IT experience, she brings a different perspective and wealth of knowledge to the Army. After graduating the U S Army War College in June of 2024 she participated in a career broadening program as an IT Integrator, Army Public Affairs Centers, Office of the Chief of Public Affairs (OCPA) Fort Meade, MD. She is a highly accomplished Information Technology leader with over 25 years of proven expertise in leveraging Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and Information Assurance (IA) principles to deliver strategic technology guidance to senior management. Adept at aligning technology solutions with organization mission objectives, including navigating emerging IT challenges and their impact on business requirements. Possesses in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity tools and processes, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems. Proven expertise in Risk Management, DoD and Army regulations, Vulnerability Assessment, Incident Response, Intrusion Detection, and Certification & Accreditation (C&A) for secure information system design, implementation, and management. Extensive experience managing and operating Army Enterprise Data Centers (AEDC), including application migration to cloud and AEDC Hybrid environments, and data center consolidation. Proficient in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) models. Self-directed and results-driven professional with a demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and responsibilities in demanding environments inclusive of the Corporate, Education, and Department of Defense (DoD) operational environments.
