Ian A. Watson is Vice President of Operations at Aura Wireless, where he oversees project management, logistics, inventory, and technical support for complex Wi-Fi deployments nationwide. With more than 25 years of experience in telecommunications, GIS, and large-scale infrastructure project delivery, he has led multimillion-dollar network and technology initiatives for organizations including Uniti Fiber, Quantum Spatial, and AECOM. Ian specializes in operational leadership, risk management, project execution, and cross-functional team coordination. He holds an MBA from University of Florida.
