We’ve all heard that a good strategic plan is not developed in a vacuum. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, organizations are looking for ways to increase resiliency and ensure that their pursuit of mission and strategic objectives can remain on track, regardless of what the future holds. Infusing strategic planning with enterprise risk management (ERM) practices and techniques can help to drive some of the increased resiliency and confidence in the strategic planning processes and outputs.
