In this investigative, hands-on session, attendees will become chemical sleuths as they examine the curious case of white deposits in swimming pools. Is it crusty scale from high calcium and pH, or delicate crystals from cold water and low LSI? Through real-world scenarios, physical samples, and interactive analysis, participants will uncover the root causes behind these often-confused calcium formations. You'll leave with clarity (and maybe a magnifying glass), knowing how to properly identify, prevent, and treat both scale and crystal buildup to keep pool surfaces smooth and systems flowing.
