In 2023, Sargento started implementing a detailed RCA (Root Cause Analysis) process with collaboration from our Continuous Improvement Team. Over the past two years we have completed many injury RCAs using a cross-functional team to drill down on the mechanism of injury. This has led to the completion of many corrective actions and helped reduce the overall risk at our plants. The overall goal of this presentation is to show members how to start an RCA program from the ground up, including the do’s and don’ts. This will include reviewing a completed RCA.
