This workshop is designed to help chapter leaders turn ideas into action as they prepare for the upcoming school year. Participants will brainstorm and develop meaningful goals for their Program of Work, explore strategies for organizing and prioritizing activities, and collaborate with peers to strengthen their plans. The session will include opportunities to share plans, gather feedback, and leave with clear next steps for leading a successful chapter.
