Take the next step by turning ideas into action through guided planning and collaboration. Advisors will explore strategies for coaching student leaders as they set goals, organize committees, and map out chapter activities, with dedicated time to begin shaping how they will support this work in their own programs. Emphasis is placed on the advisor’s role in guiding, supporting, and empowering students to lead the development and implementation of a strong Program of Work.
