How do educators move students beyond course completion and into deeper learning, skill application, and career readiness? In this interactive train-the-trainer session, participants will experience a model lesson that demonstrates how to transform online OSHA 10-Hour training into meaningful classroom instruction. Attendees will first step into the role of students during a live walkthrough of the CareerSafe campus and a sample OSHA 10-Hour lesson. Then, using that content as the foundation, the facilitator will model a connected, hands-on classroom activity designed to extend learning into analysis, application, and problem-solving. The session concludes with practical strategies for classroom integration and a collaborative debrief where participants will generate ideas for bridging online curriculum with high-impact instruction in their own CTE programs.
