Take your SkillsUSA chapter to the next level by leveraging the power of an effective advisory committee. In this session, advisors will explore useful, easy-to-implement strategies for building, engaging, and sustaining a high-impact advisory committee that strengthens their program and expands opportunities for students. Participants will learn how to identify and recruit the right mix of industry and community partners, facilitate meaningful and productive meetings, and maintain engagement beyond scheduled gatherings. Advisors will leave with templates, communication strategies, and next steps to confidently implement or enhance their advisory committee right away.
