Unlocking Cybersecurity and AI is an interactive workshop designed for CTE educators seeking innovative strategies to teach high-demand technical skills. Participants will experience classroom-ready activities from the RING Cybersecurity and RING AI curricula, including collaborative labs, gamified learning, and a high-energy escape room challenge. The session explores threats and vulnerabilities, data protection, adversarial thinking, and AI fundamentals such as machine learning, model training, and AI ethics. Educators will also examine the intersection of AI and cybersecurity, including emerging risks, governance, and workforce implications. This session addresses the urgent need for industry-aligned cybersecurity and AI instruction in secondary programs. Participants will leave with lesson plans, assessments, and engagement strategies that support student skill development and workforce readiness.
