Walk away with a powerful way to grow your program, boost enrollment, and attract more students—by turning your class into a direct pipeline to real careers. Learn how this model is already working in classrooms across the country and experience the curriculum firsthand—see it, use it, and engage with it just like your students would. Participants will explore how to leverage IEC’s free one-year New Worker program and Pre-Apprenticeship model to enhance instruction and register students as pre-apprentices. Attendees will also earn an IEC Workforce Development Instructor Certification and receive one year of access to the New Worker, Workforce Development, and Pre-Apprenticeship curriculum. This is especially timely as schools seek innovative ways to improve enrollment, relevance, and workforce outcomes.
