Working from the USDA and EPA “Workshop in a Box” framework, you’ll rate your own system across ten key management areas, rank which ones matter most to your community, and plot the results to see exactly where to focus first. Along the way we’ll dig into cybersecurity, disaster recovery, revenue and rate strategies, and practical process improvements — from water audits and I&I studies to energy costs at the plant.
This is a working session, not a lecture. You’ll leave with a completed self-assessment for your system, an action plan, and a compiled guide to free tools from NRWA, USDA, & EPA.
