Shadow AI adoption, evolving regulation (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, sector-specific rules), and unbounded model spend have made ad hoc governance untenable. This session presents AI Watchtower, a unified AI governance and security platform built to answer that pressure directly.
Over the first thirty minutes, our CTO for Public Sector Darin Stevenson and Chief Revenue Officer Kelly Jenne will walk through three pillars that matter most to government technology leaders: AI governance and compliance automation across frameworks such as SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and emerging NIST CSF 2.0 maturity assessments; observability and evaluation, covering how organizations can continuously measure model quality, drift, and risk in production; and tokenomics, the discipline of attributing, forecasting, and controlling AI spend at the token and per-team level so that cost never outruns oversight.
The presentation will then move into a live twenty-minute demonstration of the Watchtower platform, showing real workflows across inventory and discovery, risk scoring, guardrail enforcement, and cost optimization. The session closes with ten minutes reserved for audience questions, giving attendees the opportunity to probe the platform's applicability to their own agency's compliance posture, budget constraints, and integration landscape.
