Special education leaders frequently navigate complex parent–school conflicts related to evaluation, eligibility, and IEP decision-making. This panel of former administrators of special education, college professors and current administrators will presents innovative, actionable leadership strategies that promote productive communication, reduce conflict escalation, and strengthen family–school partnerships. Presenters will share practical tools leaders can implement to support staff, ensure IDEA compliance, and foster collaborative, student-centered problem solving.
