Conflict Resolution: Resolving Challenges
Benefit from the experiences and lessons learned from CADRE’s two-year-long workgroup with ten states to build local-level capacity in early dispute resolution. Discover opportunities to build your capacity by leveraging relationships and fostering new partnerships. Walk away with research-based resources, including CADRE’s District Self-Assessment for Early and Collaborative Dispute Resolution Processes and accompanying implementation guides. Additionally, participants will learn about the myriad of tools available from CADRE, including CADRE’s Continuum of Dispute Resolution Practices, CADRE’s Guide to Facilitation Programs, and other treasures in the Building Local Level Capacity Portal. This presentation will be facilitated by CADRE’s Director, and a former state dispute resolution coordinator, Dr. Melanie Reese, and CADRE’s Senior Consultant and former special education director of nine school districts, Dr. Angela Balsley.
