This session equips leaders with practical strategies to remain steady and grounded when emotions run high and to help others regulate in the process. Participants will learn how to de escalate tense exchanges, prevent conflict before it escalates, navigate disagreement while preserving trust, and repair relationships when conversations go sideways.
