This evaluation focused on gathering data on current job responsibilities and time commitments for our educational diagnosticians and eligibility coordinators. This review included an indepth review of eligibility date for the last three years, research into staffing ratios and best practices, and soliciting feedback from stakeholders. Additionally this review will be used to advocate for additional staff to to rhe School Board in the upcoming budget cycle.
