Kelly has 14 years of finishing industry experience working in facilities, engineering, utility and environmental roles, product development, system design and sales. He is also a member of the Chemical Coaters Association International and holds a US Patent for Pretreatment Equipment. Kelly received a Business Administration degree from MSU-Mankato.
