Kaye (pronounced “Kai”) Lynch-Sparks is the Associate Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), she educates NADA members on compliance and represents NADA members before the federal government in the issue areas of finance and credit, consumer protection, labor and employment, and the environment.
