David Eastty has more than 40 years of experience as a service department advisor, manager and director. For most of his career, he was responsible for preparing, submitting and reconciling all automotive warranties, both factory and extended warranty (often aftermarket). Now retired, Eastty works part-time as warranty administrator and teaches warranty procedures to advisors and technicians.
