Jay Hicks oversees the strategic partnerships team for Polly using his 15 years of experience in developing partnerships, business development, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions in the automotive industry. He held senior positions at Cox Automotive, Hearst Automotive and TrueCar before joining Polly. Hicks has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati.
