In his role at Swickard Auto Group, one of the top fastest-growing companies in Oregon and southwest Washington, Matt Hubiak oversees all used-car operations in retail and wholesale operations at 23 franchises in five states throughout the western U.S. Hubiak manages teams in charge of transportation, accounting/stocking in, reconditioning, merchandising, lot management and all inventory exit strategies. He has implemented programs to increase efficiency, decrease time to line, build effective vendor partnerships and create processes from scratch.
