He has extensive experience training, staffing, mentoring and motivating dealership personnel. Over the past five years, he’s been a consultant on variable operations, written several training manuals and conducted workshops on leadership disciplines and turning managers into coaches. He’s also the author of Ten Disciplines of Leadership and Thrown to the Wolves.
