Jay Goldman, CPA, is a principal in the dealership services group at Boyer & Ritter. He was previously the CFO of a large dealership group. Goldman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a former member of the AutoCPA Group and the AICPA Auto Dealer Conference Committee.
