Armed with longtime service department experience and a law degree, Robert Atwood has been an NADA Academy and ATD Academy instructor for 20 years. He provides week-long advanced training for dealership personnel and has spoken at many NADA and ATD shows. Atwood has presented workshops at state association meetings, worked with dealers at NADA 20 Group meetings and conducted in-dealership fixed operations training. Plus he has provided training for multiple automotive and truck manufacturers.
