Dennis McGinn is the founder and CEO of Rapid Recon, established in 2010 and now the industry standard in vehicle reconditioning workflow communications, transparency, and accountability, helping over 2,500 auto dealers improve inventory turn rates and per-vehicle profitability. Leveraging a 21-year career with Hewlett-Packard, Dennis mastered the principles of continuous process improvement with advanced manufacturing software for automotive OEMs. He has led several companies, including serving as CEO of a vehicle tracking and activities analytics company. Dennis is the author of two time-to-line reconditioning best practices books: Recon T2 and Inventory is a Waste.
