Hannah Thornton is a Director within Guidehouse’s Federal Civilian Agencies practice, supporting the Transportation market team, focused on delivering program and project management, risk management, and financial management solutions to federal agencies. Ms. Thornton brings over 13 years of experience with risk management, project management, financial management, policy development, organizational assessment, and change management; she currently leads delivery of Guidehouse’s services to the Department of Transportation. Ms. Thornton has extensive hands-on experience helping civilian agencies improve decision-making, bolster processes and policies, and increase transparency and accountability in their use of resources and associated outcomes. Ms. Thornton resides just outside of the DC area where she enjoys hikes with her dog and her husband
