Andreas Lucido
Former DoD, Organizational Transformation Expert



Andreas Lucido is a Managing Director with Alvarez and Marsal in Washington, D.C. and is the national solution leader for the firm’s Federal practice. He has extensive experience building successful public sector lines of business through emerging organizational models, cross-functional teams and disruptive market strategies. Prior to management consulting, Mr. Lucido served as an Airborne Ranger in the Army’s prestigious 75th Ranger Regiment leading joint special operations during multiple combat assignments in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Mr. Lucido earned a MBA from the University of Illinois and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Northern Illinois University.
