He has more than 25 years of experience delivering business SaaS (Financial Management, Acquisition management, Human Capital Management), and Digital Transformation services for U.S Federal and State/Local government agencies. Mr. Joseph is an active member of ACT-IAC AI/ML working group. Mr. Joseph has an MBA from George Mason University, and a post graduate certificate in AI for Leaders from University of Texas, Austin
