Cyndi Pham is the Operations Manager responsible for overseeing and managing infrastructure, security, and operations processes for all Data Transparency products within Office of the Chief Data Officer at Fiscal Service. Cyndi has over 20 years experience in systems development. She is passionate about data, especially data ingestion; recognizing it to be a critical step in of collecting, importing, and processing data from various sources and making the right data available for users to make informed decisions Cyndi received her undergraduate from James Madison University and her Masters of Business Administration from George Mason University. Cyndi is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2008.
