Cape
Drosten Fisher runs the Navy business at Cape where he is responsible for a team delivering advanced telecommunications solutions to the Navy and the Department of War. These include developing Strategic MVNOs across INDOPACOM, providing solutions for unmanned systems to operate over cellular networks and connecting to 5G networks securely for transporting mission data. Before joining Cape, Drosten was the Principal for Strategy & Growth at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where he negotiated strategic partnerships with C-suite executives at Fortune 500 Defense Companies. Prior to AWS, he was a Partner in the New York office of the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on helping clients develop strategies for growth both in the US and overseas. He has also worked at DataRobot, an AI startup, and at SM&A where he worked with former PACOM Commander Admiral Fallon to support strategic defense captures in Asia and Europe. Drosten lives in Wilton, CT and is a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Board Member of the United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce. He holds a BA in English Literature from Oxford University and a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, where he was a teaching assistant to former CIA Director George Tenet.
