Capt Mason Millsap is a Marine Corps Communications Officer serving in the MARFORPAC G-6 as the C5ISRT Systems Integration Officer and Agentic Warfare Lead on the MARFORPAC Digital Transformation Team. In this role, he leads efforts to accelerate digital modernization, integrate emerging technologies, and advance operational concepts that strengthen command and control (C2) across the Indo-Pacific theater. Previously, Capt Millsap served as the C5ISRT Systems Integration Officer for 3d Marine Littoral Regiment, where he helped pioneer expeditionary communications and data integration in support of stand-in forces. He also served as the S-6 for 1st Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, overseeing tactical networks and fire support integration under degraded, denied, and intermittent communications (DDIL) conditions. Beyond his operational duties, Capt Millsap is the Deputy of AFCEA Hawaii’s Emerging Leaders Program, where he works to develop the next generation of military and industry leaders in defense technology. He was also a pioneer of MARFORPAC’s first military–civilian collaborative hackathon, driving innovation by bringing together Marines, industry, and academia to solve real-world operational challenges. Before joining the Marine Corps, Capt Millsap gained industry experience as a certified data management professional, working in data management and analytics for Murphy USA, a Fortune 250 company. His combined background in enterprise data strategy and expeditionary communications uniquely positions him to advance Littoral Planning and Execution (LPx) methods and technologies that assure resilient C2 and fires in contested environments across the INDO-PACOM region.
