Alan J. Delgado currently serves as the Division Chief for Joint Coalition Networks Division (G64), U.S. Army Pacific. In this role, he leads strategic integration and modernization of mission partner environments, enterprise IT systems, and coalition network interoperability across the Indo-Pacific. His portfolio includes oversight of joint and multinational communications support to major exercises and operations in collaboration with INDOPACOM, MARFORPAC, PACAF, and allied partners. Mr. Delgado brings over a decade of experience in cybersecurity, C4I systems engineering, and enterprise network operations. He has held senior technical and program management roles supporting both U.S. Army Pacific and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, with a focus on secure coalition connectivity and capability development. He holds multiple industry certifications including CISSP, CCSP, and PMP, and is pursuing an MBA in Finance. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, he is a first-generation American and Department of the Army civilian with a strong commitment to operational excellence and mission-driven innovation.
