Michael Stokes is a retired Senior Operations Officer from the CIA, where he served as a career case officer in the Directorate of Operations, with multiple overseas tours. Prior to his retirement in January 2022, Mike led training and instruction for officers operating in denied and hostile areas, and founded and chaired the Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance (UTS) working group, driving Agency and Intel Community efforts on UTS mitigation. With a background in Cybersecurity, Mike joined Ridgeline International in January 2022 as Vice President for Strategic Engagements, leading Business Development and Marketing. He holds a B.S. in Information Technology and executive education from Kellogg and Columbia Business School.
